Donut EscrowTerms of Service
1. Platform fee
A 3% fee is deducted from every completed transaction, with a minimum fee of $0.01. It is taken at release, before the seller payout.

3. Minimum amount
The absolute minimum escrow is $0.03. Very small amounts may be partly consumed by network fees at payout.
4. Cancel & release
Both the buyer and the seller must agree to cancel an escrow, and both must confirm to release funds. After both confirm, a 10-second countdown runs before the payout is triggered so a misclick can be undone.
5. Custody
Funds are held in a custodial vault address generated per escrow. Donut Escrow never asks for your private keys or seed phrases.
6. Expiry
An escrow expires 20 minutes after creation if no deposit is detected. Once a deposit arrives the escrow stays open until both parties settle.
